I have a web application, and I’m trying to improve the security for PHP users.
I’ve got a htaccess file that allows the files to be viewed only through an index.php file. I need to know how to still allow the access to the PHP files, like script.php and such. If I deny that access directly, the index.php file will not be shown.
Add these lines to your.htaccess in the document root:
php_value display_startup_errors off
php_value display_errors off
Add these lines to your php.ini:
display_errors = Off

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a semiconductor device including transistors having different threshold voltages and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device.
2. Description of the Related Art
In recent years, semiconductor devices are highly integrated and designed to be operated at high speed. Thus, the transistors included in the semiconductor devices are of a thin film transistor using a silicon (Si) film with a thickness of about several tens of nanometers (nm) as the channel.
In general, a threshold voltage of a p-channel MOS transistor (PMOS) is higher than a threshold voltage of an n-channel MOS transistor (NMOS). If the threshold voltages of the PMOS and the NMOS are misaligned, malfunction occurs in the PMOS. It is thus necessary to set the threshold voltage of the PMOS higher than the threshold voltage of the NMOS.
A method for increasing a threshold voltage of a semiconductor device is disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2005-70786, for example.
